Legislation Puts Off DC Court Disruptions But Budget Standoff Continues
Last week, Congress passed stopgap legislation to fund the government through March 18th, but with the sides in the budget debate still far apart, the prospects of a government shutdown remain very real. Any government shutdown will likely cause disruptions in DC courts.
